How much is a session?​

The standard actor headshot session is £120.

This includes 60 minutes in my Camden studio and 3 fully retouched, Spotlight-ready images. Additional edited images are £25 each.

 

How do I book?​

Send a message through the contact page with your preferred dates, or secure your session via the payment link. I’ll confirm availability within 24 hours.

 

Is payment required to secure the session?​

Yes. Full payment confirms your slot. Once payment is received, your session is locked in and you’ll receive a confirmation email and calendar invite.

Before the Session

 

What should I wear?

Keep it simple and castable.

 

• Solid colours over busy patterns

• Mid-tones and deeper tones photograph beautifully

• Avoid large logos or distracting graphics

• Bring 3–4 options so we can shift energy and range

• Layers (jackets, shirts, knitwear) are great for subtle changes

 

If you’re unsure, bring options - we’ll decide together.

 

How many looks can we shoot?

In 60 minutes, we usually shoot 2–3 looks comfortably. The aim is range and authenticity, not rushing through outfit changes.

 

Can I bring someone with me?

Ideally, no. Sessions work best one-to-one. It keeps the atmosphere focused and relaxed.

 

I’m not photogenic. Is that a problem?

Everyone is photogenic in their own right! However, headshots aren’t about posing perfectly. They’re about presence. My job is to guide you into something natural and believable - not stiff or overworked.

 

Do you offer guidance on outfits?

Yes - simple, casting focused guidance is provided before your session.

 

During the Session

 

Will you tell me how to pose?

I don’t over-pose. I guide performance. We adjust posture and energy subtly so the images feel honest and grounded.

 

How many photos will you take?

As many as we need. We shoot until we have a strong range to choose from.

 

 

After the Session

 

How do I choose my images?

After the shoot, you’ll receive a private online gallery within 48 hours to review in your own time. You select your favourites, and I’ll retouch your chosen images.

 

When will I receive my final edits?

Final retouched images are delivered within 5–7 days of selection. Often sooner.

 

What does retouching include?

Professional, natural retouching.

 

• Temporary blemish removal

• Skin clean-up

• Colour and tone balance

• Minor distractions removed

 

You’ll still look like you. No heavy smoothing or artificial edits.

 

Can I have the unedited files?

No. Only fully retouched final images are delivered.

 

Can I edit the images myself?

No. If you need any adjustments, I’m happy to handle them to ensure consistency and quality.

 

 

Practical Details

 

Where are you based?

Camden, London. Full studio setup with controlled lighting and multiple backdrop options.

 

Do you shoot outdoors?

No. I shoot indoors to guarantee consistent light, tone and a clean aesthetic suitable for casting.

 

What if I need to reschedule?

If you need to move your session, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable.
